Comfortable 2 room apartment with direct access to the shared pool, is heated by Early April to late October, hot water shower, large sunbathing area. The apartment has a small lawn, flowering perennials and a covered patio with a garden table, chairs and sun loungers. The apartment is functionally furnished with 4 single beds, TV, internet, dining table, large fridge, dishwasher, oven and plenty of crockery, espresso machine, blender, etc. At the entrance there is a wardrobe, key cabinet, shoe rack. Children's playground across from the school building, play and reading room in house 19 (yellow), sauna by arrangement in house 15 (green) Good shopping facilities nearby, Migros, Coop, pizzeria, train station, tennis, golf, pier with scheduled boats to Lugano 1 km away, restaurants on the lake. Near the border with Italy, Saturday market in Ponte Tresa, Wednesday in Luino. Hiking opportunities, accessible by post bus throughout Malcantone.
