Peaceful and sunny placed away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley via Violetta and antique Oliven-footpath thrones this castlelike residence over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden (natur-left) with panorama-view over Lake Lugano and nearby mountains.

Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m  for swimmers from 12 years and more, minors must be accompanied by adults.Charge

140 m2 sunbathing-terraces , deckchairs, sunshade and table-tennis is in function from June to September.
