Fantastic view over Lake Lucerne towards Bürgenstock (20 km away) and Rigi. Emmetten is located 25 km from Lucerne and 54 km from Andermatt on a pre-alpine terrace about 300 m above Lake Lucerne. The motorway connection to the A2 (Gotthard route) can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Five cable cars connect the hiking and winter sports areas of Emmetten, Stockhütte, Klewenalp and Niederbauen. Emmetten guarantees relaxing holidays all year round with a wide range of activities. In summer, attractive bike offers are available in the "Bikearena Emmetten".
