Description
The 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms) with southern exposure and great pamoramic views is located on the Via Muschna Liunga 10 in Falera, 5 minutes walk to the village center and the chair-lift station that is part of the "Weisse Arena" Flims/Laax/Falera. This ski resort is among the largest in Switzerland, with 28 modern transport systems and over 230 km ski runs ranging from 1000 to 3000 metres above sea level, additionally some snow parks and half pipes.
The summer offers a wide range of leisure activities: hiking, climbing (e.g. Pinut), biking, swimming in one of the 3 nearby lakes surrounded by beautiful nature, river-rafting through the spectacular Rhein-canyon, tennis, golf, etc.
Living Room:
A living room semi-open to the kitchen. Window to the south (exit to the garden) and window to the west. Hot-air fireplace (fire wood is available in the garage against payment), dining table with bench and 2 chairs (2 more are in the bedrooms), sofa, club tables, flat screen TV (cable TV) and Blue-ray DVD player, radio with CD player. WIFI avalable.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom with window to the west has a double bed (1.60 m wide) with 2 duvet cover, two bedside tables. 3-piece cabinet. Clock radio.
The north-facing bedroom with bunk beds and 3-piece cabinet. Bookshelf with books and sociable games.
Bathrooms:
A bathroom with shower and wash basin, cabinet with a mirror.
A separate toilet with wash basin and cabinet with a mirror.
Kitchen:
The modern kitchen (with a window to the west side) is fully equipped: induction stove and baking oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), raclette and fondue sets, toaster, hand mixer, kettle etc.
Interior:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and has been completely renovated between 2012 and 2015.
Conditions and extras
A lockable garage (Nr.1) and a covered parking space in front of it are at your disposal and included in the rent. Bed linen and bath towels (CHF 25.00 per person) are provided and included in the total Price, as well as kitchen linen.
Final cleaning (CHF 120.00) and official accomodation fees are included in the total Price.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
A common lockable boot room and a common laundry with washing machine and laundry-drier are at your disposal.
