Residenza Quadra offers everything you need for a cozy retreat in the mountains: • The entrance hall leads to an open plan airy living/dining space with seating for 4. TV, DVD, Radio/CD player, books and games for free use.
• Within the open plan area there is a recess, which has 2 full size beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. For privacy we have installed bi-folding shutter doors to close this area off, if required.
• A separate fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer and all the cooking utensils required for self-catering.
• Off the hallway, to the left, is the bathroom with a bath tub, overhead shower, toilet and basin.
• Covered balcony with a table and chairs, with great views over the village and up to the moutains.
• The apartment building has a small lift.
• free Wi-Fi internet access.
• There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, but a charge applies and is payable to the resident manager.
• There is a uncovered parking spot included, right in front of the building.
• Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
• Bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the total.

Conditions and extras
Extras: A deposit of CHF 500.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.- Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
