6.5-room apartment in a comfortable and luxurious apartment building above Flims Dorf. In a quiet and sunny location, 1 km away from the town center of Flims, right next to the ski slope (ski in and ski out). The house is facing to the south and is located on a dead end drive way with hardly any traffic. The main staition for the skiing can be reached in 2 minutes down the slope. Kindly note, the aparment includes 1 parking spot only Shops and grocery 1 km, restaurants/bakery 1 km, bus stop "Flims Post" and skisport facilities 1 km, railway station "Chur" 22 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: suitable for families.
The 6.5-room luxurious apartment 160 sqm, (maximum occupancy for 8 guests) futures two king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath tub), two twin bedrooms and a bunk-room and two adjoining bathrooms/shower. The apartments large reception and living area feautures a central fireplace and big windows leading onto the balcony. Both the living room and one double room has TV with DVD player. In the apartment you find a great collection of books, DVD's and board games. There is a well and fully equiped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area in the apartment and a boot and ski storage room are locatet in the basement. Access to a sauna and steam room is available in the neighbouring apartment house.
In the house you will also find washing machine and tumble dryer (for free shared use). Use of the internet, heating, water, etc. is included in the total costs. Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: There is only one parking slot available in the garage, no other parking available at the house. All extra cars must be parked at public parking (Stenna Parking or Vallorca longterm parking offer of the Flims council).
Conditions and extras
Extras: A deposit of CHF 1'000.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
