Description

The apartment house Casa Erizun is located on the sunny hillsite of Flims directly on your right hand side after entering into Flims. The apartment in house "Casa Erizun" is away from the busy happening of day tourists in Flims downtown. The view on the Signina- mountains is completely free, unobstracted and absolutely fascinating.
The area of this accomodation is calm and perfect for families with kids.
Parking lot Nr. 21 belongs to your apartment (included in price) and is located above the house Casa Erizun up on stairs.
Ideally, the ski room is located on the way from the apartment to the skibus.
The laundry room is inhouse may be used for washing and drying (extra charge).
The skibus (no 12) stops directly above the house Casa Erizun, just take the stairs up to the parking places. As "Pleuncas" is the first bus stop you will have "seat guarantee" ; ). The bus goes every 30 minutes and brings you free of charge (with guest card) to the mountain railways Flims and back. The shuttle Flims-Laax-Falera (no 1) stops at the entrance of your road "via las Pleuncas" (free of charge with guest card).
The guest card will be waiting for you in the apartment. You can download the app INSIDE LAAX and connect you guest card to the app. In addition to free shuttle and ski bus use you can benefit from lots of addtional extras and discounts. You will get more information online or at the tourist office which is located at via Nova in Flims downtown.
For shopping there are many shops along the main street Via Nova and in the shopping center "STENNA" at the mountain railway station.
Restaurants and bars can also be found at Via Nova. In short walking distance there is a pizzeria at the entrance of Via Las Pleuncas.

This Beautiful apartment was partly renovated in 2020 and 2023 (bathroom) completely equiped with new stylish furniture. Out of the kids bedroom, the living room and from the balcony you do have an unforgettable view on the Signina mountains as well as on Flims downtown. Equipment: 3.5 rooms (60m2), 2 bedrooms, one with double box spring bed (1.80 m x 2m) and the other one with two new single beds each 90cm x 2m, a bathroom with shower/bath- combination; washing machine and dryer may be used inhouse (extra fee). Room for skis available, TV, Wifi (free of charge). Windows in bedrooms and kitchen are equiped with mosquito nets.The kitchen is fully equiped: dishwasher, water heater, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, Raclette-Grill, table grill, Fondue (meat / cheese). All electronic devices new and of high VZug-quality. As there is no official bikeroom we installed two bikeracks in skiroom.* the apartment is cleaned and desinfected according to the Covid-19 Guideline of the the Flims Laax Falera Management AG *

Conditions and extras
Max. four persons plus 1 baby. The baby can sleep in a baby bed. Baby Equipment (Baby bed with bedding and baby high chair) on request - additionally chf 25/ per week.Including in the basic price are tourist tax, water, eletricity and heating consumption. A "starter kit" will be free of charge and ready for you: herbs, one fee garbage bag, one dishwasher tab, dishwashing detergent with sponge and toilet paper. In addition to the basic price you will be charged once chf 160 for final cleaning as well as CHF 30 per person for bedding and towels (mandatory).The apartment must be swept clean at the end. Cutlery, dishes and all kitchen utils must be left cleaned and stored in the cupboards. Garbage must be taken out of the apartment and placed in fee garbage bags in the public garbage container next to the parkings - up the stairs to your left. Thank you. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. Check-in at 15:00 by Digi-Box (Code will be given to you in advance); check-out latest 10:00 - again just leave the key in the digi-box.
