The centrally located, stylishly furnished 4.5 room apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the cable cars and the shopping center "Stenna" in Flims. The bright apartment offers 92m2 of space for a maximum of 8 guests. It has a spacious living room with fireplace and balcony, two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathroom and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The two en-suite bathrooms each have a sink and shower, while the family bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet with a sink.The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils.
In the living room there is a flat screen with HDMI connection (but without TV connection), as well as a stereo with aux connection.
To the apartment belongs a garage space and an outdoor parking space.
