Welcome to the Design Loft Penthouse V !
The luxurious 4.5 room attic apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Flims Dorf with a fantastic view of the surounding mountains. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. Thus a total occupancy of 6 people including children is possible in this charming and vell designed apartment by the renowned architect Jan Kuba. The absolute highlight is the spacious living room with adjoining dining area and the open kitchen. After a long day of skiing, enjoy cozy hours in the modern design loft and the wonderful mountain panorama. One of the high-quality bathrooms is equipped with a shower and toilet and the larger family bathroom also futures a bathtub. Wifi use, ancillary costs and an outside parking space are included. Bed and bath linen, final cleaning as well as all taxes and VAT are also included in the final price. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age. Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.- Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
