Slope Side’ is a 3.5-room apartment, 80 sqm, (max. 4 people) in a bright, modern apartment building above Flims Dorf, 1 km away from the town center. In a quiet and sunny location, this ground floor apartment has direct access to the ski slope, from the back garden, ski-in/ski-out in the winter and access to mountainside hikes throughout the rest of the year. The apartment is south facing and is located on a quiet, peaceful location. The main gondola station for the ski-arena is a 2 minute ski down the slope. Please note, that there is only one car park space available in the covered car park. Further vehicles have to be parked at public parking facilities in Flims.
The spacious apartment features one master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower and bath tub). Another double bedroom with twin beds and adjoining bathroom with shower. Both rooms have plenty of storage in wardrobes, chest of drawers.
The open-plan living area feautures a fireplace and big windows leading onto the large terrace and garden. There is a fully equiped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a full compliment of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Both the living room and master bedroom have a TV. The living room has cable TV. The master bedroom has AppleTV and guests are welcome to use their login.
The apartment is also well stocked with a good collection of board games, outdoor games and free Wi-Fi.

A laundry room is located in the basement with a washing machine, tumble dryer and air dryer (shared use with a laundry key).

There is a heated boot and ski storage room located in the basement. Access to a sauna and steam room is available in the neighbouring apartment house
Smoking is prohibited and Pets are accepted on request. (fee required)

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
