Description
Located in Flims Waldhaus in a quiet and sunny location in the forest with access via private road. Underground parking with private parking space (no. 19). Furthermore the residence has a lift, drying room and ski/bicycle room. The shuttlebus stop (free) is only 200m.
Supermarket, several restaurants, tennis courts, play garden and a picturesque lake Cauma at walking distance (<500m). Ski lifts, ski school, cross country trails and sliding slopes at 1 KM distance (or 3 min. by bus). Apartment located in the forest with unlimited walking and biking trails. The Swiss Grand Canyon at only 20 minutes walk. Horse riding, golf, paragliding, downhill ride, rafting, climbing and abseiling are some of the activities possible in the environment.
One animal/pet only allowed on request. Wireless Lan Internet is available free of charge.
A baby cot and high chair are available and for the cot, please bring your own bedding.
This luxury, modern and spacious (120 m2) apartment is located on the ground floor with access to a big terrace (22 m2) and private garden (250 m2) with views on the forest and surrounding mountains. The spacious living room with a separate dining area includes a flat screen LCD TV (117cm) with Dolby surround home cinema system, DVD and IPod connection. Luxury kitchen with induction cooking set, micro wave with oven, grill and steamer, big refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. Three bedrooms of which two come with double bed (one with flat screen TV) and one with a bunk bed and a comfortable foldaway bed. Baby bed available. Separate toilet and two bathrooms of which one is with a shower and one with a toilet and bathtub. Bedrooms have parquet while other spaces have natural stone. Floor heating everywhere.
Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 400 is demanded for the rented apartment upon arrival, to be provided to the cleaning company (Green & Clean Service Team). If the conditions, stated in the booking confirmation, are not satisfied, part or all the deposit (CHF 400) will be withhold.Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
