In walking distance you will find a bakery, supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby you can visit the lake Cauma, the famous Rhein Canyon and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. A ski shuttle picks you up from the main entrance and drives scheduled from and to the gondola station (service available from Christmas to the End of the ski season). With good snow conditions you can ski within a few meters of the building along the Waldhaus slope.

Only 10 minutes walk from the Flims valley station.
The spacious living & cooking area has a free-standing fireplace, large dining table and comfortable sofa set. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge incl. freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules can be purchased from the concierge). Magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (Tschingelhörner and Flimserstein). Ski storage room, letterbox, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There is 1 parking space with a free access to a free electric charging station available in the underground parking garage. You will receive the access card and informations about the charging station at the check-in. Service charges (heating, electricity and water), bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WLAN, parking for 1 car and taxes are included in the total price. Pets are allowed on requests. Non-smoking flat.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Linen and towels is charged per person from 0 to 99 years. Linen change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 35.-, CHF 30.- bed linen only, towels CHF 6.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-. Babybed incl. bedding and highchair is available for CHF 150.- per stay upon request.
