The bright 2-room flat is centrally located in Flims Waldhaus. It has a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Flims mountains in the quietly located flat. The distance to the ski lift is a few minutes or you can use the free shuttle bus to the valley station. From the flat you have access to various hiking routes. The car can be parked in the underground garage during your stay. Furthermore, there is a ski cellar and a separate laundry room that can be used if necessary.

Conditions and extras
Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the total price, as well as visitor's tax. Intermediate cleaning of the flat is possible and will be charged on request at CHF 53.00 (excl. VAT) per hour.
The hosts wish the following rules to be observed before departure:The waste bag must be handed in independently at the collection point. Non-delivered waste bags will be charged with CHF 50.00 (excl. VAT) retrospectively.
