The 3.5 room house, newly built in 2016, is situated in a very quiet location not far from Tannenboden village. The gondola and chair lift for hikes are about 20 minutes away on foot. In winter, the ski lifts are about 15 minutes away on foot. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes. A free garage space belongs to the holiday home. At the same time, you are in the immediate vicinity of the gondola stations. These take you either up into the mountains for skiing, hiking, biking, sledging, tobogganing (summer and winter) or down to Quarten/Unterterzen on Lake Walen for swimming, boating or hiking.
We even have a wallbox in the private garage for your hybrid or e-car, as well as a drying system for your ski boots.

The idyllically situated house was newly built in 2013. It is modern and comfortably furnished and offers everything you need (kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer, internet, TV, radio as well as an integrated garage). It also offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful and unobstructed view of the forest and the Churfirsten mountains. With a little luck you can observe deer, foxes and hares. Despite the quiet area, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and of course the gondola and ski stations in no time.
You gain access to the house through an electric garage door. In this private garage we have even installed a wallbox for your hybrid or e-car, as well as a drying system for your ski boots. Through this interior staircase you enter a spacious living area with open kitchen, a dining area and direct exit to the terrace with fireplace barbecue. The staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower/WC, which also contains a laundry tower. One bedroom contains a double bed, the other room is a bunk bed including a pull-out extra bed. There are also 2 additional folding beds. The entire holiday home offers many storage possibilities thanks to various cupboards.
