Description

Ftan is situated at 1650m in Scuol in the lower Engadine. Ftan is a popular holiday destination in summer and in winter.

In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns. The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home!

Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house.
There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance. A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.

The 1st floor of the house 117A is a non-smoking apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with a wood stove. Firewood is available for free. There is a terrace off the living room. In both living room and the kitchen there are electric storage heaters which charge during the night.

Next to the flat a non smoking flat is situated: 1 bed room, a small kitchen and a bathroom (shower/WC).

Additonal costs payable to the landlord directly:
heating fee winter per week Fr. 180,00, heating fee summer per week Fr. 105,00, laundry per Person per week Fr. 20,00, final cleaning Fr. 160,00, visitor's tax per adult per day Fr. 2.80

The additional costs include the cost of heating (flat rate for electric heating per day), linen (sheets and towels per person), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
