Ftan is a typical Engiadina village with approx. 500 inhabitants. It is situated away from the hustle on a beautiful sun terrace. There is a big forest directly next to the house and you can reach the unique mineral bath in Scuol within 10 minutes by car. Frequent bus connection to Scuol.
