Gemütliche Wohnung in traditionellem, sanierten Engadinerhaus. Für Skis, Schlitten, Velos u.s.w. ist direkt vor der Wohnung ein Keller vorhanden.
Der Skibus zum Sessellift hält direkt vor dem Haus.
Im Sommer wie auch im Winter (Winterwanderwege) hat man von der Unterkunft aus viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Postauto andere Wandergebiete oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine direkte Postautoverbindung von Ftan nach Samnaun (Zollfreigebiet).

Volg und Bäckerei sind in 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausserdem hat Ftan einen Badesee, den sie bequem zu Fuss erreichen können. Parkplatz oberhalb der Wohnung ist im Preis inbegriffen. Während des Sommers hat es einen Gartensitzplatz, Liegestühle und die Möglichkeit zu grillieren.
