Allegra e bainvgnü in Chasa Muntanella 4.5 - Welcome to the cosy 4 ½ - room flat with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites, in Ftan. The chairlift Ftan-Prui is easily reachable on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan. The village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities is within easy walking distance.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle and embed the village in the picture-book Alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Ftan Alpine mill tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet and ski school makes it easy for beginners to get started in skiing; it is easily accessible on foot or by ski bus. Pure snow fun for young and old is also offered by the toboggan run between Prui and Ftan.

The flat has been renovated and extended in a modern way, taking into account the architecture and building style of the Lower Engadine. Old wooden elements were preserved and the typical sgrafittos were skilfully incorporated into the design of the furniture. The flat radiates a cosy atmosphere - you feel right at home and can enjoy your holidays all around! The modern property offers high-quality comfort and is located on the street "Bügl suot", not far from the Volg shop.

The flat is on the same floor as the entrance. When you enter the flat, you will find a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. The three-storey property is characterised by bright, light-flooded rooms and beautiful wooden floors. On the first floor is the first bedroom with double bed and two modern bathrooms with chic patterned tiles. Also striking is the spacious living room area with a special wallpaper of a whale, a dark leather sofa, a large smart TV and a Swedish stove. Perfect for relaxing after an eventful hike or a day of skiing. To enjoy your morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening, the living room has direct access to a small balcony with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The modern and well-equipped kitchen and dining area round off this floor perfectly. On the upper floors there are two more bedrooms. One is equipped with two bunk beds, while the other is furnished with a cosy double bed and an exclusive and private bathroom. In addition, the flat is equipped with many board games and a smart TV. Perfect for spending time with your loved ones after an eventful day.
