Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines dreistöckigen Hauses im Blockbau (Baujahr 1932) in ruhiger, sonniger Lage im Dorfkern von Grengiols. Das freistehende Haus ist umgeben von einem Garten mit Liegewiese und Möglichkeit zum Grillieren. 
Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Volg) und 2 Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe im Dorf. 
Das Dorf Grengiols ist Teil des Landschaftspark Binntal und ist geeignet für Leute, die eine ruhige, authentische Umgebung suchen. Grengiols ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen/ Erkundungen im Aletschgebiet, im Landschaftspark Binntal und im Goms. Der Ort ist gut mit Auto erreichbar. Es steht ein nahegelegender Parkplatz in einer Gemeinschaftsgarage zur Verfügung. Die Station Grengiols ist auch mit der Bahn (Furka Oberalp) erreichbar, das Dorf wird  in 10-15  Minuten zu Fuss erreicht. Nach Absprache können die Gäste am Ankunftstag mit dem Auto am Bahnhof abgeholt werden.
