Casa Pignia is in a quiet and easily accessible location (4 minutes walk to the bus station, 5 minutes to the village center, 7 minutes to Lake Laax).

Practically furnished 3 room apartment in Laax (78 m2) with 5 beds.

The apartment has a suitable layout and is very well maintained. In the entrance area there are various built-in wardrobes and an open wardrobe. WLAN and cable TV are installed and available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and Delizio coffee machine. Fondue set, raclette oven and toaster are available.

The living room has a covered south-facing balcony of about 9 m2.

The double bedroom (2 mattresses 90 cm wide each) and the triple bedroom (single bed 140 cm wide and bunk bed) are spacious with enough shelves and storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a double washbasin. The toilet is located in a separate wet room.

A ski room with boot dryer and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and blower dryer are available in the house for shared use. Bicycles can be stored in the ski room. A lockable garage box belongs to the apartment.
