Bright 3 bedroom apartment in Laax village! The apartment offers you a bright living and dining area as well as a cosy fireplace and a sunny garden seat. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, in the three bedrooms are two double beds each and a bunk bed for children available and the bathroom has a bathtub, so the perfect holiday apartment for a family.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Wifi is included, an outdoor parking spot is reserved for you. The ski room is in the basement and a washing machine is in the building next door. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Location and surroundings

The apartment is quietly located in the village of Laax. The bus station with direct service to the Laax base station can be reached within 200m and a grocery store as well as the Laaxersee within 500m. The Laax base station is approx. 2.5 km away.

Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
