Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete 3-Zimmer Wohnung (nicht als Arbeiter-Wohnung geeignet), verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer (1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kajütenbett für 2 Personen), einer Küche mit Esstisch und einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit 2er Schlafsofa. Der grosszügige Wintergarten sowie der separate, überdachte Gartensitzplatz, laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Der vor dem Haus gelegene Park beheimatet den in Europa höchst gelegenen Mammutbaum. Auf unserem ganzjahres Weidebetrieb sind Kühe, Hühner, Katzen und ein Hund Zuhause.
