Interior 3-room apartment 70m2 on 3rd floor, nicely furnished, new kitchen since May 2019 equiped with: sotve, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine. living/dining room with cable-TV, DVD-player, stereo soundsystem, W-LAN. Airconditioner during summer. Shower/Toilet, seperate Toilet, Balcony 14m2, facing south, with view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. Please note: non-smoking apartment.
The bus stop of public transportation is right in front of the holiday apartement. There are buses to or from Lugano all 30 Minutes. The busstop is called Aldesago Arcate.

The apartement is half way up to Monte Brè with a spectacular view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. 
There is a parking lot to the apartement.

There is a tourist tax to be payed at the apartement: CHF 3.25 per day and person.
