Description
The over 100 year old farmhouse, which is constantly being adapted to meet today's requirements, is situated just above the village of Müstair private access road, car park. It offers a wonderful view of the village and the valley, even of the neighbouring border to South Tyrol, 2 km away. A particularly powerful and cultural jewel is the internationally renowned St. Johann Monastery in Müstair, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Alpine monastery, which is still inhabited today, owes its existence to Charlemagne. The Val Müstair is therefore home to this UNESCO World Heritage Site and is part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which is unique in Switzerland. Hikers and nature lovers on wheels will find a range of activities in the Val Müstair that leaves nothing to be desired. The winter sports area at, around and on Minschuns in the Val Müstair is a small and fine winter El Dorado. The area is particularly suitable for families with children. The Val Müstair is also a unique area for cross-country skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing. The Swiss National Park can be reached by post bus in about 45 minutes. Facilities:
On the lower floor is the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances such as electric and wood-fired cooker, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kitchen towels, cooking and eating utensils.
Through the kitchen you reach the large, cosy and wood-panelled living/dining room with a wood-tiled cooker, TV, radio. Also on the lower floor is the shower with separate WC and washing machine.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, one double room is accessible through the front room. Bed linen and towels are available.
The wood for the tiled stove is in the croft next door, as well as garden furniture and electric grill.

If you use the Vereina Tunnel for your journey to and from the airport, we will be happy to obtain tickets at the local rate on request, which we will then send to you in advance.
On the day of arrival the holiday home is at your disposal from 15.00 hrs. On the day of departure, we thank you for releasing the holiday home by 10.00 am.
Conditions and extras
The following additional costs will be invoiced on site:
- final cleaning: CHF 120.00
- Flat rate for heating (approx. mid-September to approx. mid-May): CHF 25.00 per week
- Pets on request
- Visitor's tax incl.
