It is a very spacious apartment, with a private terrace full of flowers (approx. 110 sqm) and can be illuminated in the evening, located in a privileged area on Lake Maggiore.
The charming apartment is equipped with all comforts (normal and steam oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, dishwasher and even a manual slicer, etc.).
Equipped with private parking for 2/4 (on request) cars.
It comfortably accommodates 8 people and on request you can have an inflatable mattress / bed available, which can accommodate two more people in the living area.
Towels and sheets in the house, available. Beach towels are also provided upon request.
There are also board games and games for children. Upon request there is also the possibility of having a cot for small children.
In two minutes on foot you are on the beautiful Rivapiana promenade, with its beaches for swimming, you can rent paddle boats, sailboats and pedal boats.
Always on foot you can reach various places of interest such as the Piazza Grande in Locarno (for the Film Festival, the Moon and Stars concerts, etc.), the Città Vecchia, the Lido Comunale and the beautiful thermal baths.
The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. In the vicinity (walking distance), however, there are several bars and restaurants to enjoy southern cuisine.
A few kilometers away there are two of the most beautiful golf courses in Switzerland, an indoor golf course for practicing (two minutes on foot) and various possibilities for beautiful excursions to the nearby mountains (Sassariente, Cardada, Ghiridone, Monti di Lego, etc.) .
