The modern and intimate residence develops on the garden level facing the lake inside an independent Villa, complete with a large terrace overlooking the lake and mountains on the horizon, it was created for all couples of any age.

Once you arrive on site, one of our concierge will accompany you to the "Fall in love only" residence; you will receive a cordial welcome and after the formalities, all the information on the surroundings, the tourist itineraries, the many opportunities of our enchanting area.

Parking available for any car, camper, trailer, boat trailer, trailer or bicycle.

The residence is accessed quickly, discreetly and independently.

A generous dining table on the terrace with comfortable wooden armchairs and a large sofa will allow you to enjoy the best view of the lake and the horizon.

You will enjoy modern and elegant spaces; inside, a living area open onto the terrace with kitchen-dining room and sofa from which you can admire the splendor of the lake at all times through a large glass wall.

42" cable TV and of course Internet complete the offer.

The bedroom includes a king size bed and a wardrobe and a large 50" cable TV.

The suite adjacent on request is equipped with an independent entrance, a bar area, internet TV, free wi-fi, a small bathroom with shower, a king size bed.

Please note that only one bedroom and one bathroom are available for bookings of 1-2 persons! 

The bathroom is spacious and modern with white quartz tops, two sinks and a double hydromassage with a waterfall shower with a panoramic view of the lake.

A washer-dryer completes the bathroom equipment.
