Có d'Franz is a villa from the early 20th century, when it owes its origins to remittances from emigrant family members who made their fortunes in gastronomy and the fruit and vegetable trade in northern Europe and in the chocolate industry in Chile.
The building is on four floors plus basement and consists of four large rooms with a bathroom and a central corridor per floor opening onto the south staircase from where you can access three balconies. The flat take place at first floor. Above the main door is a small balcony that also serves as a canopy. The side entrance gives access to the upper floors. The place surrounded by greenery, the panorama over the valley and the peaks of the Lepontine Alps are the prerequisites for a peaceful holiday. The apartment is a few steps from the public transport stop and close to the mountain path that winds along the entire slope until you reach the top of Pizzo Molare. Numerous sporting and cultural activities are offered on site.
