The attic apartment is approx. 80 m2 and is located in a converted Maiensäss on approx. 1'450 m.a.s.l. with panoramic view (terrace with barbecue) over the whole valley and the lake. It has an open kitchen with wood stove and an additional gas stove, in the same room there is a large corner bench with table and chairs as well as a living wall. A small storage room with gas fridge, enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans as well as enough wood for the stove are available. An open staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a single room and another small single room. There is accommodation for 2 - 4 persons. Electricity is generated and supplied by a solar panel. A comfortable bathroom with shower (in the tub) and toilet complete the offer. Bed linen and the basic equipment of bath towels, dishtowels, toilet paper, washing-up liquid etc. is present. You will also find many useful things for everyday life in the apartment (walking sticks & rucksack, books, games, etc.).
