Description

The house was completed in mid 2012. It is characterized by a clear and contemporary architecture. And consists of three independent 2-bedroom apartments with direct access are applied to the garden. The large windows share a beautiful view of the surrounding area and mountains. The oak parquet floor, the exquisite furnishings and color scheme, round to the spatial experience into a coherent whole. The apartments are equipped with controlled ventilation and underfloor heating. For the summer and winter equipment is all a heated storage room. The region around Ramosch is one of the driest in Switzerland.
