Ca 'al Picchio is located in a typical Ticino hilly core, surrounded by its own vineyard of 1600 m2 and with a stunning 180 ° view of the lake, the protected area of ??Bolle Magadino and the mountains, in one of the sunniest area all year in the Canton Ticino. The house was completely renovated in 2015/2016 with new kitchen with granite Onsernone (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hotplates, Nespresso), 2 shower rooms and 2 rooms with oak wood floors. Every detail has been taken to retain the original character of the house, making it very cozy and at the same time, the furniture of old style and modern devices, also make it elegant.
In the living room, with terracotta floor, the fireplace will make even the romantic spring and autumn evenings. The beautiful view enjoyed from the balcony or in the lounge is a pleasant setting for a coffee or an aperitif.
