Description

3 room flat on the 1st floor. Cosy flat with lots of pine wood. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment), glass-ceramic cooker, oven, various coffee machines i.e. Nespresso, filter coffee machine and a sieve stamp pot, fondue and raclette service, blender. WC/shower with floor heating. In the flat there is free internet WLAN access. One bedroom (in Arven) with two boxspring beds and built-in buffet as well as a TV, wooden floor. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and built-in wardrobe, wooden floor. There is no carpet in the whole flat. The flat can also be rented to 2 persons. The flat is located in an old Engadine house. Garden for shared use (summer). Bicycle, Ski and wax room for shared use. Outside parking space in front of the house is available........
