Welcome to Fam.Kleinstein-Maass. Our house is located in the idyllic and quiet village Plan. With about 30 inhabitants the smallest village in the middle of the Samnaun Valley. We are 2km from the village of Samnaun.1 minute to the stop of the ski bus, which takes you comfortably to the mountain railway or to the après-ski and back again. Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. The comfortable two-and-a-half-room apartment with balcony is about 60 m2 in size. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. A wood stove with a cozy Samnaun stove couch provide a feel-good atmosphere.
