Diese 3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung direkt am wunderschönen Sarnersee bietet alles, was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Einen unverbauten Blick über den ganzen See, herrliche Aussicht in die Berge, eine grosse Liegewiese, eine Treppe zum See, eine Feuerstelle.

Das Wandergebiet, und die Radtouren liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Für Motoradreisen oder Städte-Besuche sind die Ziele in nächster Nähe oder gut erreichbar.

Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Distanz zum Bahnhof und Dorf, Einkaufzentren 1 km.

Im Winter liegt die Wohnung zentral zwischen verschiedenen Winterskigebieten:
Melchsee-Frutt, Hasliberg, Engelberg und für Familien mit Kindern, die Mörli-Alp in Giswil.

Die Wohnung bietet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer Platz für max. 6 Personen.

Grosse gepflegte Gartenanlage mit privater Treppe und "Kiesstrand" zum Badespass. Grillplatz, genug Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Bewohner (gemischte Nutzung).
Cheminehäuschen für ca. 6-8 Personen mit  Grill mit Motor (2 kg Fleisch). Wunderschönes Ruderboot aus Mahagony mit 6 PS Motor zur Miete. Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Waschküche (angrenzender Raum). Zusätzliche Toilette von aussen begehbar. SUP, Standuppaddelboard Vermietung(derzeit 1 Stück.)
2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung.
