Our holiday apartment faces the sunny South with a wonderful view of the Dolomite mountains. It is only a few minutes by foot to the ski-station Motta Naluns, to the railway station, as well as to the village center of Scuol.

The apartment has a big balcony, two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms with a private washing machine, a large flatscreen TV, a CD/DVD player with a large DVD collection, as well as wireless Internet. There is an underground parking space (no. 12), which is located within the building.

Conditions and extras
Cleaning and laundry is included in the price. Minimum rent is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Smoking and animals are not allowed.
Visitor's tax : CHF 5.00/person/night extra to pay.
