Das Studio casa la Roda nr. 5 befindet sich im wunderschönen Sedrun. Sedrun liegt an in der Surselva wo Skisport, Langlaufen und Schneesport sehr angefragt ist. Das Skiegebiet Sedrun Andermatt beinhaltet etwas mehr als 100 km Skipisten. Die Skipisten reichen von Andermatt , Sedrun bis Disentis.  Hier entspringt der junge Rhein. Eine sehr sehenswerte Wanderung.
Das Haus ist im bündnerischen Stil im 2017 neu ausgebaut worden. Sehr gepflegt und für Ferienwohnungen optimal.
Alle unsere Wohnungen sind mit viel einheimischen Holz verbaut worden unter anderem sind die Böden mit Parkett belegt. Das Badezimmer mit Valzerquarzitplatten. Die Küche auch aus Vollholz.
Das haus liegt ruhig gelegen, doch in ein paar Gehminuten sind Sie z.B. am Bahnhof von dort aus Sie den Zug für die ca. 100km Skipisten erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in guter Reichweite.
