Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem perfekten Standort. Zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig und im weiteren wurde das Haus komplett und sehr hochwertig renoviert. In einer Umgebung von 100 Meter Enfernung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Coop vorhanden sowie liegt der Bahnhof Sedrun ebenfalls nur 200 Meter vom Standort entfernt.
