Description
The holiday home "Chasa Scandella" is situated on the outskirts of the village of Sent in Engadin in a sunny and quiet location.
Through our overall concept, modern architecture, healthy living climate and sustainability, we have created 2 holiday flats where recreation, relaxation and well-being are of the utmost priority.
The southern terraces and the room-high window and door openings offer a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountain world, the fairytale nature and the whole valley.
The whole house is heated with geothermal heat and the temperature can be regulated individually in each room. Internet in the whole house without extra charge.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing station is available on the ground floor and can be used at any time. There is also a storage room for skis, bikes and sledges.
There is a car park in front of the house.
From the house the next bus or ski bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The ski bus runs every 30 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railways Scuol-Ftan-Sent.
The dream slope Motta Naluns to Sent ends above the house and right next to our house there is a small children's ski lift.
In the nearby village centre, also reachable in 5 minutes on foot are: 1 Volg shop, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher's shop, 1 cheese/dairy, 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria.
New cozy apartment in a beautiful residential area on the outskirts of Sent. The apartment is very sunny and quiet. Generous living room with exit to the brigt south-facing balcony with stunning panoramic views of the Lower fascinating mountains, forested hills and clear view of the village of Sent. Living room is equipped with satellite TV, stereo/CD player, Inernet (ADSL)and telephone. Modern kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and Fondu Raclett, coffee, etc. The flat further consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 3-piece cabinet, and 1 bedroom with 2 singel beds an 2-piece cabinet. Cot, baby bedding and baby seat are available on request. Shower/WC with washbasin. Bath, kitchen and bed linen is provided to qou at no extra cost. Washing machine and tumbler dryer and drying room for shared use. Storage room for ski and bike, ski and sled, etc. are available. Open free parking in front of the house. 5 mnutes walk to the nearest bus or Bus stop. The ski bus runs every 1/2 hours the ski Ftan-Scuol-Sent. Our apartment is in the summer an autumm, a starting point of the area to countless beautiful walks an mountain huts. Even the little ones can not be neglected and undisturbee stay on our property before and play at our house. Our house is situated on a rarely traveled road district, and thus remains spared from the cirulation.
