Description
The holiday home "Chasa Scandella" is situated on the outskirts of the village of Sent in Engadin in a sunny and quiet location.
Through our overall concept, modern architecture, healthy living climate and sustainability, we have created 2 holiday flats where recreation, relaxation and well-being are of the utmost priority.
The southern terraces and the room-high window and door openings offer a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountain world, the fairytale nature and the whole valley.
The whole house is heated with geothermal heat and the temperature can be regulated individually in each room. Internet in the whole house without extra charge.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing station is available on the ground floor and can be used at any time. There is also a storage room for skis, bikes and sledges.
There is a car park in front of the house.
From the house the next bus or ski bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The ski bus runs every 30 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railways Scuol-Ftan-Sent.
The dream slope Motta Naluns to Sent ends above the house and right next to our house there is a small children's ski lift.
In the nearby village centre, also reachable in 5 minutes on foot are: 1 Volg shop, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher's shop, 1 cheese/dairy, 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria.
The modern and cosy 4 1/2 room attic flat with a living space of approx. 120 m2
offers space for 1 to 6 people.
A spacious, light-flooded living room with 3-seater leather sofa, 2-seater leather sofa and leather armchair, flat-screen TV, satellite/TV and direct access to the spacious and furnished south-facing terrace ensure relaxation and cosiness.
A dining area offers space for 6 people.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen there is a large combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso and coffee filter machine, kettle, complete crockery, cutlery and glassware, raclette, chinoise and fondue dishes, various pots and other necessary kitchen utensils and various spices.
Washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat, which can only be used by you.
3 cosy bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes offer plenty of space and storage.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat: 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC and
1 bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Sufficient bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge.
Children's equipment such as cot, high chair, sledge, winter bag, board games and various books are also available.
