We rent a sunny, quiet 1.5 room apartment for 1-2 people with 36 m2 on the mezzanine floor.

 You enjoy a south-facing balcony with a view of the Piz da la Margna, Corvatschbahn and Furtschellasbahn.

 The living room consists of pine furniture, corner bench, table, chairs, armchair, 2 single beds, TV and wireless LAN
 stocked.

 In this apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an oven,
  Dishwasher enough crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans.

 For the cold days in winter there is also a nice fondue set and a raclette oven.

 In the bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a sink.

 In the house there are garage spaces, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Also a
 Ski room is available. You can store all your ski equipment in this ski room.

 The village center is not far away and you have a shop "Volg" at Seglias where you can find everything you need;  Eat and shop for more.  You will find the post office in the middle of the village and directly opposite the ski school and the tourist information at Via da Marias 38. You will find various local shops and gift shops at this square.  There is also a Grond bakery in the village, where you can buy your fresh bread every morning and where you can also get little things in the restaurant.

 The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday apartment and the Furtschellasbahn can also be easily reached on foot.

 The cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house in winter and gives you easy access.  In summer, the cycle path also runs right next to the Chesa Eduardo.
