Description

The house was built with a special focus on design, quality of life and functionality. Traditional Grisons style elements were combined with timelessly modern architecture. Particular attention was paid to the sense of space, light and sight. "Is not it true that the important things in life are simple?" This mountain lodge does not offer five stars, but only four. When you look out the window at night you will see in favor all stars. You will get a lot of impressions and adrenaline a "discretion", if you go for hiking or mountain biking in surroundings. In addition you will only receive organic produce from the valley's farmers. Welcome to this oasis of rest and relaxation. It's expecting you a 2½ room apartments with large balcony and great views. The living space is approximately 75 m2. We have a fast internet connection as well as a JBL music system for Iphone and so on and a garage for your car. Pets are not allowed in case of respect of the following guests. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Unsuitable for children under 10 years.

The apartment Sulai is located on the 1st floor and is facing south-west with unobstructed views to the mountains, the village of Sta. Maria as well as to the mountain pass "Ofenpass". The 2.5-room apartment offers an open space with living area and balcony and kitchen included dining area, a closed bedroom and a gallery in the top floor. There are a fast internet connection, a TV and a JBL music system for Iphone and so on available. The car park is left in front of the house. The apartment is unsuitable for children under 10 years. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed out of respect to the following guests.
