Description

Our organic farm, horse farm and horse breeding (pinto horses) is located in Sta. Maria in the nature park Val Müstair, idyllically situated a bit away from the village near the Rom Bach. We are a young family with two daughters and in addition to our horses we have chickens (you can look forward to a fresh breakfast egg) as well as rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, a foster dog, a trampoline, a large garden for sunbathing (on average we have around 300 sunny days a year) and barbecues.

Our guided rides are a special highlight. The terrain is diverse and offers attractive routes for both experienced riders and beginners. Fenced paddocks and horse stalls are available for guests with their own horses. We work with our horses in the sense of natural horsemanship - an animal-friendly, natural way of handling and keeping - this corresponds to our full conviction: with nature for nature.

The Val Müstair with its starting point in Santa Maria is the ideal environment for unforgettable experiences: panoramic rides on the back of our horses, sporty high alpine hikes or moderate hikes on high-altitude trails with great views, mountain bike tours (Umbrail Pass, Stilfser Joch, Ofen Pass are in the immediate vicinity, and there is also Valley a young, lively trail scene as well as experienced tour guides for every type of ambition), racing bike tours, motorcycle tours - and in winter cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking, tobogganing under floodlights, skiing in the Minschuns ski area (approx. 15 minutes by ski bus).

Adults will find peace and relaxation with us and / or the perfect El Dorado for outdoor activities. Children love our farm: direct contact with animals, jumping on the trampoline, building stone towers by the Rom Bach, exploring frogs in the nearby pond, playground about walking distance away - all day outside and active - wonderful!

Vacation with us is the perfect way to slow down and get back to earth from the usual hectic everyday life. Just be with yourself - with us.

Rustic & cozy living on the farm
The apartment (130m²) is located on the upper floor of our former sawmill, directly above the LOFT apartment.

We are currently creative and diligent in the renovation - completion around May 2021. Therefore, we can only share the floor plan at the moment - booking of the apartment for periods from May 2021 onwards.

Perfect for small groups and families with children. The apartment is classically divided into separate rooms, including a separate kitchen, separate lounge / living room and separate bathroom. A sunny balcony invites you to linger. Also available in the outdoor area shared by all guests: table tennis, trampoline and our petting zoo.

Would you like to go on vacation with your dog? With pleasure! In addition, we have a large, fenced-in free run; if you want to go on a day trip without a dog, we will take care of the dog walker service. Cost per dog / night: 10 CHF.

Conditions and extras
Shops for daily needs as well as the Postbus stop and restaurants can be found in the town center, approx. 200m away.

The following additional costs will be billed on site:
