Sunny and very quiet location on the upper part of Tartar at 1000m altitude with panoramic views of the fantastic mountain world. View from large terrace into the valley and to Piz Beverin. Access road to the chalet easily accessible.
Sports: Ski lifts/chair lift Sarn-Heinzenberg and toboggan run within a few minutes by car from the house. Very family-friendly and inexpensive skiing area on the Heinzenberg. Post bus connection in the village to the ski lift or to Thusis, with good shopping facilities, forest swimming pool ec.
Garden with swing, swing and covered seating area in summer.

Beautiful, cosy, detached 4.5 room chalet with garage for sole use.

Second floor: Living/dining room and fireplace with satellite TV/radio/DVD. Small kitchen. Washing dishes by hand, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, oven and many kitchen utensils ec. 1 master bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with mass bed (3 mattresses downstairs/2 mattresses upstairs). Bathroom with shower/WC and washbasin. Entrance area. Large terrace on the west and valley side.

First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and washbasin. Separate WC, garage. Storage area with wardrobe.

Further information about the flat:
- When booking with 2 adults with 3 or 4 children, the second double room in the basement is not used and all children can sleep in the dormitory. This results in a price reduction for you.
- Rental deposit: CHF 150.00 (will be collected on arrival and refunded upon clean return).
- Basic cleaning (broom clean) is the responsibility of the guest.
- Towels are to be brought by the guest.
- A refuse bag is provided. Additional refuse sacks can be obtained on site for a fee.

- Bookings with a dog are possible at an extra charge and by arrangement.
