Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet & bidet.

In the basement, a large bedroom with balcony and direct lake view opens up to you. Waking up early in the morning, when you open your eyes, Lago di Lugano reveals all its beauty. Also in the basement is another room with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet & bidet. All rooms are equipped with spacious closets.

In this fantastic apartment - directly on the Lago di Lugano and only a few minutes walk from the most beautiful village in Switzerland - you will also enjoy further pleasures: - Free sun loungers with bath towel are reserved for you in the hotel garden with direct lake access and with pool. - Would you like to keep something safe? And of course this apartment is also ideal for hikers, as numerous hikes are possible directly from the apartment.
