CASA BLUMER - Your villa stay in Zurich! Rent the white part of our villa exclusively for 2-14 people. CASA BLUMER is a real home, ideally situated in between the airport and the city center (both 16min). Forest and grocery shops within 300m, public swimming pool Allenmoos 700m, wildlife sanctuary Katzensee 5km. In a quiet and green area, house and garden offer you just about everything! First Floor: 3 individual rooms for 3/4/3 (2 with balcony/terrace), modern bathroom with extra-size shower. Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, lavatory and 40 m2 vintage lounge (sleeps 4) with fireplace, dining table for 8 and direct access to the garden. Heatable conservatory with direct acces to garden and parking for up to 6 cars. 1'200 m2 of fully fenced garden with grill, pavillon and various nice seating options. Dogs welcome! Shared is only the staircase, the main entrance and garden, since we live in the grey part upstairs. You will meet us feeding the 49 tortoises etc, such a paradise is constant work :-) We will help with questions or stay in the back, just as you wish. Washing/Dryer available, but in restricted area.
