5 Star Luxury Holiday Barn overlooking the sea/beach on equestrian property This detached stone built barn is overlooking the beach, on an equestrian property in the village of Llanaber, Barmouth. Behind the barn are just hills with mountains beyond so you are not overlooked in any way (except by horses, sheep and poultry). Patio area with garden furniture - Sunbeds, Loungers, Picnic bench, Charcoal BBQ and retractable washing line. Enclosed garden with Swingball game and Chicken house/run (collect your own eggs) Parking slot next to your barn. Further parking available if required. Layout of the property: This is an upside down barn - the bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, with the lounge and kitchen upstairs so that you get the best views from the lounge. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor with additional heating in the lounge for your comfort. Main Bedroom - 1 Kingsized bed Second Bedroom - 2 full sized single beds. Bathroom - with Spa bath, shower, illuminated mirror. Kitchen - Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob and double oven, fridge freezer. Lounge - Large screen TV, iPod Dock/radio, DVD player. High chair, Cot (no bedding) and stargazes available. The beach is about 400 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along and is dog friendly. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarket is approximately 2 miles away (via a lovely walk down the beach). Cycle Pod for safe storage of your bikes. Barn is not suitable for wheelchair use.
