Relax watching the views from your panoramic lounge window. Includes underfloor heating, private garden, free farm eggs. Stunning Mountain walks and Mountain bike tracks as well as the Coastal Path nearby. Property is detached with private decking area and garden. Decking has bench, table/chairs and charcoal barbecue. Garden area has picnic bench, washing line, bottle cooler (stream) and chicken house/run (collect your own eggs). Please note that garden is not enclosed for dogs. Parking space directly outside main door Cycle Pod available for safe storage of your cycles. This is a single storey building with steps between rooms. The flooring is modern tiles with underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, Induction hob, oven/grill, toaster, kettle and slow cooker. The lounge has a large sofa with sea views from your seat. Also a dining table and TV/DVD player. The bathroom is a wet room (no bath). The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarket is approximately 2 miles away (nice walk down the beach). Property is NOT suitable for wheelchairs.
