This stunningly renovated house sits all on ground floor level, and is located right above the coastline in the peaceful village of Downderry - ideal for a special getaway for a couple of small family.
Offering expansive open plan living with contemporary styling including a tryptic log burner in the centre of the space, guests can enjoy their holiday retreat in luxury, with the sound of the waves just outside.
There are three bedrooms, the main being a spacious double with ensuite shower room, double doors out to the garden and sweeping sea views. The second has two bunk beds sleeping four, providing flexible accommodation for children and adults, and the third bedroom has a double bed with an en suite shower room.
The main family bathroom is a generous size and fully tiled, with a freestanding deep soak tub giving a sense of refined luxury.
The kitchen facilities are excellent, with all the facilities you would expect including two ovens and plenty of kitchen gadgets.
As well as the interior dining table which extends to seat six, there is also plenty of space to dine al fresco, with a bistro table for two up on the patio, and a larger table to seat six on the lawn below.
Located between Torpoint and Looe, guests will be walking distance from the local shop, café, restaurant and pub, and of course from the beach! With Downderry beach and village less than a quarter of a mile away to the east, and Seaton beach and valley less than a mile away to the west, there are plenty of lovely coastal walks straight from the door.
Within easy reach by car is the Rame Peninsula, or 'forgotten Cornwall', lovely to explore and often much quieter than the rest of the county even in high summer. The historic fishing town of Looe is only a short drive away, along with the stunning Fowey estuary, the picturesque cove of Polperro, and plenty of attractions to visit.

-The Artist's Studio in the grounds will not be occupied at the same time as Avalon Sea Views.
