**NEW** This spacious and stylish second floor 40m2 apartment is in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only 1 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and a two minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and the plethora of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Notting Hill has to offer. Due to the raised mezzanine bedroom area this studio feels spacious and there is a large bathroom below the bedroom with a full size bath with shower, eco shower gel and shampoo and fluffy towels too. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a comfy seating area with a sofa in the living area and a 42" Android smart TV for those evenings in. There is also a round dining table with velvet dining chairs for those evening in. Up the stairs a super comfy king size bed awaits with puffy pillows and crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers so you wake up with your phone 100% charged and ready to take photos in Notting Hill!. To make sure you can stay connected is super fast WIFI throughout the studio. You are located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars & restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre is just two tube stops (4 mins) away. All keyless access to the front door and the separate apartment door means no lock boxes to find or keys to lose. The access codes are messaged to you two days prior to your arrival. You will have sole access to the whole apartment during your stay. I am happy to help with any questions with the apartment or local knowledge. Message through your booking app and I will usually respond within the hour. On booking you will receive a link to our house manual which provides some great recommendations for places to see and restaurants and bars to visit. A couple of things to note: Although higher than most similar mezzanines, there is a restricted 1.5m height (5ft) in the upstairs loft bedroom area. This may not suit anyone with back or mobilty issues. There is a staircase (not ladder) to this bedroom area. Being in central Notting Hill there can be some road / street noise - however this apartment is at the rear of the building and so this is minimal. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am ***Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again***
