Welcome to Heath Hills, a spacious five-bedroom home in the heart of Devon. Close to Dartmoor National Park, this property provides an ideal base for a large family get-together or group of friends.
On the ground floor, a fully fitted kitchen and utility area with all modern amenities needed for a relaxed self-catering stay. The living room is comfortably furnished with wood burner, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, ideal for a cosy night in with family and friends. The dining room shares a double-sided wood burner with the sunroom, providing a handy second living space for the children with plenty of seating and a Smart TV with a DVD player.
Sleeping up to ten across five well-presented bedrooms, with the first on the ground floor which has a king size bed. Upstairs you’ll discover two bedrooms each with a zip and link super kingsize beds (can be set up with twin beds if requested), another bedroom with a kingsize bed and the final bedroom with a super kingsize bed. The first floor also houses a shower room with a walk-in shower and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The 18th century detached farmhouse built from traditional cobb has been lovingly renovated and lies in a truly rural setting. Situated just outside the town of Okehampton, home to a good selection of shops and amenities, you can really enjoy your escape to the countryside. Sit outside and enjoy the sun and the peace in the garden, with its patio area, outdoor seating, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
With the nearby Dartmoor National Park, you’ll find plenty of walks and cycle routes for suitable for all the family. Discover the local wildlife including the famous Dartmoor ponies! Devon’s bustling resorts and beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, including Teignmouth, Dawlish, and Exmouth all reached within an hour.
