This charming detached holiday home for a maximum of 5 people is located between Himmelberg and Arriach in Carinthia, in the middle of nature and close to the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area. It has a garden and a terrace with views of the beautiful mountain landscape in Arriach and the surrounding area. The holiday home offers a large living and dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a washing machine and dryer), terrace and a garden with garden furniture. A double garage is available in winter. Arriach is a small municipality in the Villach-Land district, in the Austria-Slovenia-Italy border triangle. The Carinthian mountains are within reach in Arriach, with the Wöllaner Nock and the Gerlitzen Alpe rising up. The area offers all kinds of hiking and cycling tours as well as tourist highlights. Lake Ossiacher See is approximately 15 km away and offers lots of swimming fun in summer. Other bathing lakes in the area are the Afritzer See and the Faaker See. With a total area of 11,000 m2, the KärntenTherme Warmbad Villach is the most modern thermal spa in the south of Austria and offers lots of bathing fun and wellness pleasure all year round! In winter you can ski and snowboard in the well-known Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with over 50 kilometers of slopes and 20 lifts, as well as in the Arnoldstein ski area in the border triangle with 17 kilometers of slopes. The town center of Arriach with several restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be reached in approximately 5 km from the accommodation.
